The Visconti Homo Sapiens Blue Lagoon is a limited edition fountain pen inspired by the ocean with its waves and its color variations and is dedicated to the beauty of the nature. Blue Lagoon has a transparent body with clear blue and green swirls which recall the natural color shades of the ocean water and the reflections of the sky. The Visconti Homo Sapiens Blue Lagoon features a new unique resin palette throughout the pen’s body and cap. The barrel of the pen features ribbons and swirls of shaved blue and turquoise acryloid, suspended in a clear acrylic resin while the cap and plunger feature the same colors fixed into in a marbleized solid resin. All trims are crafted in 925 sterling silver. The Blue Lagoon Limited Edition series is individually numbered and limited to 888 pens worldwide. The cap features “Hook Safe Lock” system that is easy to use and safe. But the most important feature is the Visconti’s patent Double Reservoir Power Filler that allows a great ink capacity and ensures safe usage during air flights. The vacuum power filler is made of titanium to resist ink corrosion, and it comes equipped with an in-house 18K gold nib.
